The Impact of Unforeseen Circumstances on the Murabaha Contract for the Purchaser
Abstract
Abstract
The theory of unforeseen circumstances has an impact on Islamic finance contracts. The theory of unforeseen circumstances is excluded from the theory of contract binding. This research is a practical application of the theory of unforeseen circumstances in a profitable sale. The purchase order came at a time when emergency circumstances and unexpected incidents affecting the implementation of the contract abounded.
