
Palestine Ahliya University and Al-Ahliyya Amman University Strengthen Academic and Scientific Cooperation
As part of efforts to strengthen academic partnerships and expand joint cooperation, the President of Palestine Ahliya University, Pro. Imad Al-Zeer, met with the President of Al-Ahliyya Amman University (AAU), Prof. Sari Hamdan, to discuss ways to enhance academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions, in the presence of senior academic officials from both sides.
The meeting focused on strengthening joint academic programs, faculty and student exchanges, research collaboration, graduate supervision, and sharing expertise in quality assurance, accreditation, innovation, and digital transformation in higher education.
Prof. Imad Al-Zeer emphasized the importance of the meeting in supporting Palestine Ahliya University’s strategy to build effective Arab partnerships that contribute to the advancement of education and research, and enhance the presence of Palestinian universities at the regional and international levels, while praising the pioneering academic achievements of Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
For his part, Professor Dr. Sari Hamdan expressed pride in the academic relations between the two universities, affirming Al-Ahliyya Amman University’s commitment to expanding areas of cooperation with Palestine Ahliya University in ways that serve the interests of students and academic institutions, and foster the exchange of knowledge and expertise between both parties.
At the end of the meeting, both parties agreed to maintain communication and coordination, and to develop practical plans for implementing this cooperation through joint programs and projects.
