Faculty- and student-led outreach initiatives in schools and communities that promote inclusivity and enhance learning outcomes.

In 2025, Palestine Ahliya University (PAU) continues to actively engage in educational outreach initiatives that extend beyond its campus boundaries. These initiatives include partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and institutions to deliver tailored lectures, workshops, and demonstrations that support education, capacity building, and lifelong learning. In addition, the University provides specialized training programs through its various centers—such as the Continuing Education Center—focusing on enhancing professional skills, promoting social responsibility, and fostering sustainable community development.

Palestine Ahliya University has launched a distance-learning outreach initiative to support students from the Gaza Strip, allowing them to continue their higher education as visiting students without any financial burden.

This program embodies PAU’s commitment to equitable access to quality education—especially in crisis-affected areas—by leveraging e-learning tools and inclusive educational policies. University leadership underscores that this initiative is both a national and humanitarian responsibility, reflecting the university’s ethical mission to empower and invest in the future generation.

This outreach aligns directly with SDG 4.3.4 by providing education opportunities beyond traditional geographic barriers, promoting inclusive and resilient learning in challenging contexts, and strengthening the educational continuity and capacity of vulnerable populations.
