Abstract
This study seeks to investigate the perspectives of insurance companies in Jordan regarding the use of business intelligence systems. The text also delves into possible connections between factors like IT support from upper management, company size, and the rate at which these systems are adopted. This article offers comprehensive examination of potential dangers, considering the influence of organizational culture as a mediating factor. Unlike previous studies that focused on specific risks, this research takes a more thorough approach. A survey was conducted among thirteen insurance companies in Jordan. The findings suggest that the literature review on business intelligence adoption could benefit from further exploration. We make a valuable contribution to the research on the influence of organizational culture on the connections among insurance companies’ and BIA’s organizational factors. Insurance firms in Jordan should place a strong emphasis on HR policies and procedures that can significantly boost employee productivity.
