ملخص البحث
The study aimed to identify the reality of field training for social work students at the Al-Quds Open University—Bethlehem Branch. The study followed the quantitative approach, and the study sample consisted of a random sample of 41 male and 55 female students majoring in social work at the Al-Quds Open University—Bethlehem Branch. The study relied on a questionnaire tool, and the study found that the most important aspects of the institution where the student trains are providing an opportunity to participate in the social events of the institution, and the most important aspects of the institution providing an opportunity to participate in the social occasions of its employees. The problems and difficulties facing social work students are the lack of material resources necessary for training, and the problems and difficulties facing social work students are the duality of messages from the institution’s supervisor and the university supervisor.
