ملخص البحث
This study aimed to identify the importance of human relationships in increasing production levels. The study was conducted on institutions and companies operating in Bethlehem Governorate. To achieve the study’s objectives, the research team prepared a questionnaire to collect necessary data from various sources. The research team relied on the descriptive-analytical method to conduct the study, with the questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The study was conducted on a random sample of 60 questionnaires representing the population of employees in institutions in Bethlehem Governorate. The study yielded several results, including: The results showed that the degree of basic, social, and psychological needs was moderate. The most common aspects were management’s concern for work-related problems, followed by management blaming employees directly when mistakes occurred at work. The least common aspect was often the financial return sufficient to meet basic needs. The results showed that the degree of human characteristics and incentives was moderate. The most common aspects were management respecting employees’ feelings and expectations, followed by management placing the right person in the right position. Based on the results, the study provided several recommendations: It is essential for managerial leadership in private institutions to pay attention to the concept of human relationships, as they are drivers and guides for the behavior of workers and managers. Collaboration among workers on one hand, and between them and management on the other, along with a collective sense of responsibility.
