ملخص البحث
This research examines the topic of inheriting profitable digital applications, which is a novel and significant subject, our lives are now intertwined with these digital applications, making this research pertinent. It discusses the importance of these applications, their impact on our lives, their prevalence, significance, and their classification as profitable and proprietary, specifically, it delves into their profit-making aspect, as they have become sources of livelihood for many individuals, necessitating regulation regarding their fate upon the demise of their owners and their transfer to heirs. It elucidates the agreements, clauses, terms, and concepts related to them, such as digital life and digital death. It also explores the juristic opinion regarding the inheritance of profitable digital applications and the challenges facing the application of inheritance laws to them, additionally, it discusses privacy policies, terms and conditions agreements, and conflicting clauses with regards to inheriting profitable digital applications, it delves into the right to be forgotten, and whether it should be absolute or restricted, finally, it presents the Islamic legal perspective and the specific rulings concerning the inheritance of profitable digital applications.
