Within the activities of\u00a0 U-SOLVE \u00a0project, a delegation from its staff at Palestine<\/a> Ahliya<\/a> University represented by the project manager, Mr. Khaled \u00a0Shana’a, and the communication coordinator, Ms. RoseAnn Jerashy, participated in the project \u00a0meeting which was held in Alexandria, Egypt.<\/p>\n The delegation gave presentations on the achievements of the project in the previous period in Palestine, especially with regard to receiving more than 203 ideas and entrepreneurial projects. These projects were evaluated for the step one call for U-SOLVE subgrants to complete the next capacity building phases that are expected to start at the beginning of next February.<\/p>\n Mr. Shana gave a presentation explaining the initial plan for the work of the \u201cUrban Development Hub\u201d, which was opened within the activities of the project. The hub will host the entrepreneurs during the project period where they will receive the training and guidance required for them to launch their projects.<\/p>\n While Ms. Jerashy presented a summary of the work package that concerns all communication activities in the project, which is led by Palestine Al-Ahliya University for all partners.
