Conducted over a three-month period at Al-Sadeel Society for Palliative Care in Bethlehem from October to December 2024, the intervention consisted of 12 weekly group therapy sessions, each lasting approximately 90 min. Sessions were facilitated by a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in adolescent diabetes care, supported by two medical social workers.
