The books were co-authored with a distinguished group of academics and specialized scholars from several Jordanian universities and address two key areas: modern management and scientific research methodology.
The two publications form part of broader academic efforts to enrich the Arab scholarly library with up-to-date academic references that integrate theoretical foundations with practical applications and respond to the rapid transformations taking place in the business environment, higher education, and scientific research, particularly amid the growing use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies in management, research, and knowledge production.
The two books represent a scholarly contribution primarily intended for university students and researchers, as well as practitioners and those interested in the fields of management and scientific research. They provide structured and systematic content that connects academic concepts with real-life applications and offers readers practical tools to understand contemporary issues and address them on a sound scientific basis.
The first book, titled Principles of Modern Management: Engineering Managerial Awareness in Organizations, was co-authored by Prof. Nasser Saud Jaradat of Palestine Ahliya University, Prof. Mustafa Saeed Al-Sheikh of Zarqa University, and Prof. Ahmad Yousef Areiqa of Al-Ahliyya Amman University.
The book consists of fourteen chapters and provides comprehensive coverage of a range of fundamental concepts and topics in management. It begins with the core management functions of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, and traces the development of management thought and the various schools of management, before addressing key topics such as leadership, communication, motivation, and decision-making in organizations.
The second book, titled Scientific Research Methods in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, was co-authored by Prof. Nasser Jaradat, Prof. Ahmad Almaani of The World Islamic Sciences and Education University, and Prof. Tareq Hashem of Applied Science Private University.
The book consists of twelve chapters and aims to provide a comprehensive framework that enables students and researchers to understand and systematically apply the various stages of the research process. It equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to prepare research papers, graduation projects, and master’s and doctoral theses in accordance with clear scholarly principles and established methodological standards.
The book covers the key stages of the research process, beginning with selecting a research topic, identifying the statement of the problem, and formulating research questions and hypotheses; proceeding through defining the study population, selecting samples, data collection methods, developing measurement scales and research instruments, and designing experiments; and culminating in data processing and statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and the selection of appropriate statistical methods based on the nature of the study and the data.

The book also addresses the principles of academic writing and the preparation of the final research report, as well as the conventions of referencing and citing sources. It thereby helps researchers produce comprehensive scholarly work grounded in established methodological principles and recognized standards of academic research.
The publication of the two books reflects a continued commitment to advancing Arabic academic content and providing scholarly references that bridge theoretical knowledge and practical application. They contribute to supporting teaching and research in Arab universities, particularly in light of the rapid developments taking place in higher education and in the fields of management, scientific research, and technology.
For its part, Palestine Ahliya University takes pride in this scholarly contribution, which adds to the academic community’s ongoing contributions to advancing knowledge and promoting scientific research. The University views these publications as an extension of its role in supporting scholarly and academic production and encouraging faculty members and researchers to contribute to enriching the Arab scholarly library with books and studies that serve students, researchers, and the wider academic community.
This scholarly work by Prof. Nasser Jaradat reflects his academic and research engagement in the fields of management, higher education, and scientific research, as well as his contributions to advancing knowledge and academic practices. It further strengthens the University’s role in supporting scholarly research and academic publishing, while connecting academic knowledge with contemporary developments and the needs of institutions and society.

As a new addition to the body of Arab scholarly and academic production, Prof. Nasser Saud Jaradat, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Palestine Ahliya University, has published two peer-reviewed academic books, with their first editions issued in 2027.
