Its activities aim to enhance professional and technical competencies, improve individual and institutional performance, and support lifelong learning. The Center also provides training and consultancy services to public and private sector organizations, helping participants develop skills relevant to their professional responsibilities and employment opportunities.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Human Resources Development and Institutional Training<\/h3>\n<p>Through the Human Resources Development Center (HRDC), PAU supports professional development and capacity building for public and private sector institutions, educational organizations, and civil society organizations. The Center focuses on strengthening human resource capacities, sharing expertise, and providing training that responds to organizational needs and developments in the Palestinian labor market.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3 data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Specialized Training in Special Education<\/h3>\n<p>The University&#8217;s Special Education Center contributes to professional and vocational development by providing training opportunities for specialists, teachers, educators, trainers, and parents working with or supporting persons with special needs.
