Through both individual and group counseling, the Department utilizes modern, evidence-based approaches\u2014preventive, therapeutic, and developmental\u2014to promote students\u2019 mental health and overall well-being. Its programs are designed to help students gain deeper self-understanding, recognize and develop their abilities, enhance essential life and academic skills, and nurture their potential for excellence and creativity.
